• A packet, portfolio or simply a reference for students to aquire information pertaining to culinary arts.
• Essay on personal growth, cooking experience, cultures and food in general
• Sketches of 3 favorite dishes
• Favorite chef bios
• Research on culinary schools- The best of the best-(costs, location, course description, etc)
• project idea- My project idea is to create a resource for myself and others to find a path to culinary colleges as well as inserting additional information to make the project my own.

My name is Brandon DesVignes. I am a senior in Brooklyn Prep High School. I am a confident, intelligent, hardworking student that has ambitions of going to college, graduating and becoming more than a worker at McDonalds. I am interested in cooking, business and law in dreams to one day acquiring a job in one of those fields.
